About Bhumanidhi
I am Bhumanidhi Poudel, a licensed advocate and legal practitioner based in Basundhara, Kathmandu, Nepal. I hold a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws (B.A.LL.B) degree from Nepal Law Campus, Tribhuvan University — Nepal's oldest and most prestigious legal institution, established in 1954, which has produced Chief Justices, Attorneys General, and senior advocates of national standing.
My legal practice covers civil, administrative, constitutional, and family law matters. I am known for meticulous legal drafting, thorough case preparation, and consistent client communication. I manage complete case files from intake through resolution, coordinating with courts, government offices, and third-party stakeholders.
Beyond active practice, I am passionate about legal education — mentoring law students, supporting bar examination preparation, and helping the next generation of Nepal's legal professionals find their footing in an evolving judicial landscape.
Gained firsthand exposure to Nepal's highest constitutional and appellate judicial processes, working alongside experienced legal professionals on significant matters. This experience at the apex court shaped my understanding of constitutional jurisprudence, procedural precision, and the highest standards of legal advocacy in Nepal.
